Structured wiring is the backbone that runs phone, computer, cable, and satellite to every room in your home. Two coax cables (your regular tv cables) and two cat5 cables (computer cables) run to at least one location in each room giving you instant access to phone lines, computer networks, satellite or cable TV by simply plugging in. Even if you only use one or two, the others keep your house ready for the future. All cables run back to a central location where everything is kept neatly out of site.
